Terms of Use
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of ironskymanagement.com. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you have a signed services agreement with Ironsky, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Don’t attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, probe or test its security without authorization, or submit forms with false or misleading information.
Form submissions
The customer forms on this Site (refund requests, damage claims, fleet inquiries, membership cancellations, lost & found, and feedback) are intake tools — submitting a form starts a review, it does not by itself create an obligation. Specifically:
- Submitting a refund or overpayment request does not guarantee a refund; each request is reviewed against transaction records.
- Submitting a damage claim is not an admission of fault by Ironsky or any site owner. Claims are investigated using camera footage, equipment logs, and site records before any determination is made.
- Membership cancellations take effect per the terms of the membership you purchased at the site in question.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We may decline requests that are incomplete, inaccurate, or abusive.
No professional advice
Content on this Site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it is not a binding offer. Service engagements are governed by written agreements signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Ironsky Management or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their owners.
Third-party links
The Site links to websites of carwash locations we manage and other third parties. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironsky Management will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
