Ironsky Management (“Ironsky,” “we,” “us”) is a carwash management company located at 205 26th Street, Ste 24, Ogden, UT 84401. This policy describes how we handle information collected through ironskymanagement.com (the “Site”).

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, number of sites, service of interest, and your message.
• Customer forms(refund requests, fleet inquiries, damage claims, membership cancellations, lost & found, feedback): the details you enter, which may include your name, contact information, vehicle information, membership details, and payment-related details you describe (we never ask for full card numbers on this Site).

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this Site. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or process your request — that’s the main one.
• To provide and improve our services, including reviewing damage claims and refunds.
• To keep records our business and legal obligations require.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email using a transactional email provider, and the Site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These service providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records — for example, damage claims and refund records may be retained longer to satisfy accounting and insurance requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ironskymanagement.comand we’ll respond within one business day. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you’re located.

Children

The Site is intended for business customers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to respond to you.
