Report a damage incident.
If you believe your vehicle was damaged at one of our sites, file a claim here. Every claim is reviewed by a manager — we’ll review camera footage, the conveyor log, and any maintenance events from your wash time.
- Please file within 72 hours of your wash if possible.
- Camera footage retention varies by site; the sooner you submit, the more we can verify.
What happens after you submit
- 01Confirmation email with claim number.
- 02Within 24 hours, a manager pulls camera footage from your wash time.
- 03We email you within 3 business days with our findings.
- 04If liability is confirmed, we coordinate repair through our preferred body shop or your shop of choice.
